We are currently recruiting Full Time Care Support Workers to provide care and support to young adults and children with complex care needs. If you are passionate about supporting young people with disabilities, we would like to talk to you.
Some of the typical activities that you will undertake on a daily basis include:
Implementing all aspects of the individuals care plan, including providing personal care and medication administration
Assisting in all aspects of daily living including assisting with feeding, washing, dressing, bathing and toileting
Facilitating socialization and sharing in day-to-day social activities e.g. visiting family/friends, walks, going on outings, reading, learning etc.
Pevious experience is not necessary as full training will be provided, however the ideal applicant must be confident in working with young adults and children who require 1:1 care.
We take great pride in looking after our staff, as well as our clients. We offer a highly competitive package to our carers, including:
Excellent rate of pay
Full training, including a first aid certificate
Support to ensure you can be the best you can be
Holiday pay / entitlement
Mileage allowance for business miles travelled
Due to the location of our clients you will be visiting, you will ideally need to have a full driving licence or be willing to use a combination of public transport and walking between our clients homes.
We take our responsibilities to safeguard our clients seriously and all successful applicants will need to undertake an Enhanced DBS check for children and adults, which we will pay for.
If you are interested in fulfilling this role or would like further information, please contact Lauren Rietzler on 01420 769658 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
