As a family run business, we are serious about developing our staff and providing opportunities for career progression. We employ staff on a variety of different arrangements, in order to accommodate the different lifestyles of our carers. We offer full and part-time salaried positions for specific working hours. For those who are flexible, we are also able to offer ‘bank’ type arrangements with no long term commitment.
We regularly hold team meetings, where you can exchange information with other members of the team. We provide continuous training and will support you through a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care. All you need is a positive attitude towards making a difference to other peoples lives.
