Absolute Healthcare Providers Ltd are recruiting a part time Care Co-ordinator to join our team. Are you skilled in ensuring compliance with a high attention to detail? This dual role involves both the administrative and clinical aspects of domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

For up to 20 hours each week you will be based in our office in Four Marks. You will report directly to the Registered Manager. Working alongside our Care Co-ordinators, you will be responsible for:

• ✨ Ensuring employee and client records are maintained
• ✨ Assisting with the development and implementation of training
• ✨ Assessing new and existing clients
• ✨ Assisting with employee or client meetings
• ✨ Resolving queries
• ✨ Ensuring continuity of care packages
• ✨ Ensuring all paper and digital records are clear, accurate, and recorded correctly
• ✨ Identify needs and areas of improvement
• ✨ Take On Call duties on a rotational basis
• ✨ Facilitate business growth
• ✨ Provide cover for employee absences – this can include mornings, evenings, and weekends. Care hours are paid at a set rate depending on clients and days worked

Requirements

• 💙 At least 2 years’ experience within the healthcare industry
• 💙 A positive, can-do attitude
• 💙 Friendly and approachable manner
• 💙 High attention to detail
• 💙 Fluency in English is essential
• 💙 Right to work in the UK
• 💙 Computer literate
• 💙 Strong verbal and written communication skills
• 💙 Organised and methodical
• 💙 Flexibility for working schedule
• 💙 Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
• 💙 NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or Diploma in Health and Social Care (or higher) preferred but not essential
• 💙 Registration on the DBS Update Service preferred but not essential
