We're reaching out to the local community through marketing and PR activities. We're sharing stories and raising awareness of aspects of the care sector that we feel are newsworthy. We also take part in community events and have a very active facebook group www.facebook.com/careinhampshire

New look Live In Care brochures are making their way into GP surgeries across the area - why not pick one up and take a look at what this valuable service can offer you or a loved one.

February 16th Alton Post Gazette shared a lovely article of ours, which included an interview with one of our long term carers, who wanted to spread the word about what a rewarding career the care sector can offer young people.

February 16th Absolute Healthcare took part in the annual Alton Pancake Race. Louise & Michael's son Matt won the under 16's race and we were the runners up in the relay. What a happy, healthy day as we did so much running we missed out on any pancake eating!

In January the Alton Post Gazette ran an article about qualifications, with a great photo of one of our carers receiving her National Care Certificate.

In January we featured in the Alresford FORUM Magazine, with an article about the kind of qualifications you should expect carers to have when they walk through your door. Read the January edition online.

In December we held a christmas party at our office for clients and staff, offering reflexology and manicure treatments, as well as games for the kids and lots of lovely mulled punch and mince pies!

A great little article in the Four Marks News' Community Noticeboard - November edition - highlighting our new live in care service to people in the area.

In November one of our carers Hannah Willey was interviewed for a website blog, and featured in the local press, giving an insight into what it is like to work as a carer in the local community. Why not read this article here.

A super mention in the Alton Post Gazette on Oct 27th, in their 'Helping Hands' feature - telling people all about the benefits of our live in care service.

In October we sponsored the Four Marks Beer Festival - a bit of a jolly to be honest, giving us the chance to sample some of Hampshire's finest ales whilst also meeting friends, clients and colleagues in the community.

In October we held our Macmillan 'World's Biggest Coffee Morning' event at our offices, raised £250 and got to meet lots of staff, colleagues and customers in the process!
