Every March, thousands of people across the country join together and pull out all the stops to get behind the Great Daffodil Appeal.

Marie Curie provide care and support for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. They’ve been carrying out this vital work for over 65 years – last year alone they cared for over 40,000 people across the UK.

Dementia Friendly Hampshire have entered the Galaxy Hot Chocolate Fund - which is handing out £300 cash a week to good causes. If successful they will use the money to pay for publicity materials (leaflets, banners and posters) to promote the charity and the fantastic work the local groups do. The National Autistic Society says that current delays between being referred to an autism specialist and the eventual diagnosis are unacceptably long and putting families into crisis.
